03 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or close any Account found to be held by a person under 21.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law, and you bear full personal responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or from any affiliated gaming service operated by the Operator.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction designated as a Restricted Territory under the Operator's current operating licence conditions.
• You are not employed by, or acting on behalf of, the Operator, any of its subsidiaries, affiliated entities, game studios, or payment service providers in a capacity that would give you an unfair informational advantage.
• You are acting solely in your personal capacity and are not using the Platform for any commercial, business, or professional gambling purpose on behalf of a third party.

04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to holdone (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or joint Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be closed without notice, and all associated balances — including real-money funds — may be forfeited at the Operator's reasonable discretion.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You undertake to promptly update your Account information in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, the Operator will require you to complete KYC identity verification. This process may include submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card — MyKad, or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights.

05 Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and sports betting entertainment purposes only.

By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All gaming and betting activities carry an inherent risk of financial loss. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. You participate entirely at your own financial risk.
• The Platform's games operate using certified RNG technology. The Operator does not guarantee any specific outcome, win rate, or return to player (RTP) on any individual play session.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by, any third party.
• You will not use any form of automated software, bot, script, data-scraping tool, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or its Games in a manner not expressly permitted by the Operator.
• The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, fraud, collusion, or any breach of these Terms.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed exclusively inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the Platform side; any conversion costs imposed by your payment provider are borne by you.

The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players:

• E-Walets: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. The Operator reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same Account and that has been verified in the name of the Account holder. The Operator will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or accounts not registered in the Player's verified name.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by Abangspin are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. These promotion-specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all offers unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Circumventing this restriction constitutes grounds for bonusfeiture.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at the expiry of this period will be automatically removed from the Account.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that Players who have already received the bonus and are actively meeting wagering requirements will not be disadvantaged.
• The Operator may, at its absolute discretion, decline to offer, modify, or revoke any bonus for any Player where it has reasonable grounds to suspect promotional abuse.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. One welcome bonus per new Account. Registering a new Account to claim an additional welcome bonus constitutes a violation of these Terms.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

Each Game category on the Platform — including casino slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, lottery products, and crash games — is governed by its own specific game rules, displayed within the game interface or on the relevant product page.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activities on the Platform:

• Once a wager has been placed and confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player, except where the Platform provides an explicit cash-out or in-play editing feature for that specific market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects Game outcome, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance.
• For live sports betting markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events, the Operator reserves the right to suspend or close a market at any time prior to event settlement without prior notice.
• All sports wager settlements are based on official results published by the relevant sporting authority or governing body. In the event of any discrepancy, the Operator's decision on settlement shall be final and binding.
• The Operator does not accept wagers made in bad faith, including wagers placed with knowledge of an outcome (e.g., late in-play bets placed after an event result is effectively certain), and reserves the right to void any such wager.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or allowing any person under the age of 21 to access a registered Account.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in the same name, a different name, or through the use of proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions or duplicate account detection.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated fraudulent activity across multiple Accounts or alongside third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, exploits, or any other non-human assistance to interact with Games or place wagers.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses through systematic exploitation of wagering mechanics, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or structured gaming patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or otherwise interfering with the technical operation of the Platform or its Games.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited Abangspin brand name and logo, website design, software, source code, game interfaces, written content, graphics, images, and all other materials displayed on or accessible through the Platform, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Operator or its duly licensed content partners.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as confering upon you any licence, right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to the Operator. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, download, post, display, or transmit any part of the Platform's content for any commercial or public purpose without the prior express written consent of the Operator.

11 Privacy & Data

The Operator's aggregate total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Amendments
